The separator is mainly used to separate rolling elements (such as steel balls or rollers) to prevent direct contact between them. Its primary functions are to reduce friction and wear, ensure an even distribution of the rolling elements, improve the operational stability and service life of the slewing bearing, optimize lubrication, and minimize noise and heat generation during operation.
If the slewing bearing operates in extremely high or low-temperature environments, the material of the separator can be replaced with aluminum or brass.
