After getting the on-site video provided by the user, we found that the slewing bearing rotates normally, the starting torque is normal, the noise is continuous and the sound is loud, the technical team called up the product factory inspection report of this slewing bearing, and confirmed that the inspection data reached the standard After that, it was quickly concluded that there should be no quality problems in the structure of the slewing bearing, and the noise may be caused by the friction between the sealing strip and the contact surface of the slewing bearing. After confirming this evaluation result, the technical and quality team quickly made a solution for the customer and assisted the customer to grease the slewing bearing.
According to the requirements of the plan, the customer pours grease into the slewing bearing track, and stops the filling when the sealing belt is slightly raised. At this time, a thin oil film is formed on the contact surface between the sealing belt and the slewing bearing, and the slewing bearing is rotated again, the sound is completely eliminated, the whole process is only 10 minutes.
Therefore, we also remind users that in order to prevent the internal grease from solidifying due to long-term storage of the slewing bearing, generally speaking, when the slewing bearing leaves the factory, the manufacturer will only add a small amount of grease to ensure the user's test operation. Before the customer confirms that the equipment is officially put into use, it must be filled with lubricating grease to ensure the normal operation of the slewing bearing.
