Lubrication Notice for Slewing Bearings
To ensure basic anti-rust protection and initial lubrication during transportation and installation, we pre-fill each slewing bearing with a small amount of No. 2 lithium-based grease before shipment. Please note that this grease is only intended for installation and test purposes, and is not sufficient for long-term operation.
Before putting the equipment into formal operation, it is essential to fully fill the bearing with appropriate grease as specified in the manual. Proper lubrication is critical for extending the bearing's service life and ensuring stable equipment performance.
✅ Recommended grease fill: approximately 1/3 of the raceway volume
✅ Lubrication interval: every 100 operating hours under normal conditions; shorten the interval under heavy load or high-temperature conditions.
